Something About Me.
I am currently an Assistant Professor in Rehabilitation Counselor Education at Michigan State University. My research focuses on using technology to promote the quality of life of individuals with disabilities. I have led/facilitated numerous evidence-based interventions such as job coach assistive technology, Spartan Transitioning Together (STT), Autism Soft Skills Employment Training (ASSET), and Employment Preparation and Applied Skills Support (EPASS). I also have experience as a rehabilitation counselor and assistive technology specialist, as well as direct experience working with virtual reality technology for teaching social skills. Additionally, I am the founder of the Games, Rehabilitation Education, and Assistive Technology (GREAT) lab.
